Hotel policies

To confirm your booking, a 50% deposit of the total is required, along with proof of the deposit or transfer sent to us via WhatsApp.

No booking is held without a deposit.

To make a booking we need the following details:

• Full name

• ID (cédula) number

• Mobile number

• Check-in and check-out dates

• Number of guests

Check-in: 2:00 p.m. · Check-out: 12:00 m.

We are glad to allow early check-in, but it depends on the hotel's availability when you arrive. If you want to guarantee the room is ready before that time, we recommend booking from the previous night.

Please note that after check-out time (12:00 m.), if the room has not been vacated, the hotel will add extra charges to your stay.

All visitors must register at reception before entering the hotel.

Guests receiving visitors may do so in the lobby or the pool area.

If a visitor enters the room, an additional charge of 50% of the booking value is automatically applied to the guest.

We are a pet-friendly hotel. As a result, there are pets on the premises and some of our guests stay with their own.

All minors must present, on arrival, their birth certificate (Registro Civil de Nacimiento) or ID card (Tarjeta de Identidad) proving their relationship to the accompanying adult.

Minors not travelling with their parents must present a notarised letter of authorisation permitting them to travel with the responsible adult.

La Serrana Casa Boutique Spa has two (2) parking spaces on the premises, assigned strictly in order of arrival or check-in, not according to when the booking was made.

If no space is available inside the hotel, guests may park in a public car park located opposite. In that case, La Serrana covers the overnight rate, between 7:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.

The public car park is an independent business, outside the administration, control, and supervision of La Serrana. The hotel is not a custodian or guardian of the vehicle or of any belongings left inside it, and is not liable for damage, loss, theft, or any other harm the vehicle may suffer while parked there. That responsibility lies solely with the parking operator, in accordance with Colombian civil, commercial, and consumer protection law.

This policy forms an integral part of the accommodation contract and the internal regulations, and is understood to be accepted by the guest at check-in.

The consumption of psychoactive substances is not permitted anywhere on the premises of La Serrana Casa Boutique Spa.

The hotel reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone showing signs of intoxication.
